Bless me, that my five senses encounter only goodness

Give me Thy grace, O Fragrant Spirit ! that I inhale only odors that remind me of Thee. May I taste nothing but simple wholesome food. Let everything I touch recall to Soul memory Thy sanctifying touch.”

Thou dost ever behold me

“O Sleepless Seer of All ! Thou dost behold me through the eyes of the constant sun and the moodful moon. With omnipresent gaze Thou art watching me through the mirid pours of space and through the twinkles of night-awakened stars.”

“With the touch of the fragrant breeze Thou dost caress me. In my loving thoughts of Thee and Thy children Thou art showering on me the silent soothing rain of Thy affection.”

In deep meditation the breath and heart stop…when this state is reached, it is said, that one dies daily in meditation.
